Twinnies hosts a number of Pacific cultural events each year.
TWINNIES TONGAN LANGUAGE WEEK EVENT
In July 2025, Twinnies hosted its first Tongan Language Week Event. The Mayor of Bankstown was the Guest of Honour. The program focussed on the the Tongan language and how it is best practiced, used and preserved through spoken, motion, movement, ryhthm and attire. This will be a yearly event.
