Twinnies Foundation Ltd is a registered charity based in Sydney, Australia. The Twinnies Foundation endeavours to provide a safe space for Pacific Island families and non-Pacific Island families to seek help with legal, financial, food, educational, and any other matters we can assist with, aiming to improve their lives and the lives of their families. The Twinnies Foundation has extended its projects to reach homes in need across the Pacific Islands.

TWINNIES FOUNDATION PROJECTS.
1. This Little Light of Mine Pacific Project
Twinnies This Little Light of Mine Pacific Project; FIJI
Twinnies has been able to extend the project to remote residential homes residing in swamp areas in Suva, Fiji the lighting project. We have been able to gift close to 6 homes with solar lighting and intend to increase our reach in 2026.
Twinnies This Little Light of Mine Pacific Project;PAPUA NEW GUINEA
Based on demand, we have extended the lighting project in Papua New Guinea (PNG). In particular, we have targeted widow homes off-grid without access to any sort of lighting. We have been able to extend the lighting system close to 5 widow homes in PNG and intend to extend our resources to reach more homes in 2026.
2. Twinnies Energy Accounts Payment Assistance (EAPA) Provider.
Twinnies is the first Pacific EAPA-approved provider. Every Thursdays, our team assist families from different cultural backgrounds in need with a little help to pay their gas and electricity bills. Should they qualify for the assistance, we pay the approved voucher amount directly to the customer's energy provider. This is a free service that Twinnies Foundation provides for the families in need in our community.
3. Twinnies Food Hamper Assistance
Regularly, we seek food drop-off assistance from donors to help families in need of extra food. The program is advertised ahead when we are able to secure a supply of donated food, and then our Twinnies doors are open on a designated Wednesday for families to come and pack a bag of food. We will seek further food assistance drop-off at our centre for 2026 to meet the needs of the families in our community.
4. Twinnies Women Support Group
Every month, we open up our Twinnies community space for women in the community who may need a friendly meal and conversation. It is open to all women of all cultural and religious backgrounds. It becomes a safe space for all women to share and learn from each other. In 2026, the women have requested economic-generating workshops for them to take part in. We will be seeking financial assistance for these programs.
5. Twinnies & Australian Catholic University (ACU) Scholarships.
Twinnies & the ACU have entered into an MOU whereby each year several full-time Certificate of Liberal Arts Scholarships are offered to students from marginalised communities within Sydney. Some of the classes will be conducted in the Twinnies Community Space.
6. Twinnies Primary & High School Scholarship Assistance.
Twinnies provides financial assistance to young Pacific Island students in need. In particular, young Pacific students and their families that are still seeking and finalising their legal residential status within Australia. 'Asipeli Kupu is our first recipient student.
